We wanted to share an upcoming service notice for the August holiday period.
Globally, SmartRecruiters will be closed from Monday, 3 August 2026, and will reopen on Monday, 10 August 2026.
During this period, most teams will be on break. Our dedicated Support team will remain available to assist with any urgent inquiries.
If you need product support for a technical issue, please continue to log a support case through the Support Portal. If the urgency of an existing case changes, or if you need an escalation, please add a comment directly to the case outlining the reason and business impact so the Support team can review it appropriately.
