Applicant Data Transfer (ADT) is now available!

Have you enabled ADT yet?

This release updates the existing Add to Job action with Applicant Data Transfer (ADT). When hirers move a candidate from one job to another using Add to Job, ADT now transfers a richer set of applicant data behind the scenes.

The goal is to reduce manual copy‑and‑paste, preserve context from the original application, and keep transfers traceable for reporting and compliance.

Key Features

Richer data transfer for Add to Job

When a recruiter uses Add to Job, ADT now transfers:

  • Resumes and attachments – All relevant resumes and generic files associated with the source application are copied to the destination application.
  • Notes – Notes from the source application are transferred so recruiters can see prior context and decision history on the new job.
  • Application fields – Application fields that exist on both the source and destination jobs are copied via ADT; fields not present on the destination job are skipped.
  • Screening questions – Screening question answers are transferred when the question text and available answer options match exactly between the source and destination jobs; if they do not match, the system skips the transfer, and transferred answers are marked so recruiters can see they came from another job. For more information, see Screening Questions for Applicant Data Transfer.
