We currently have a number of customers globally participating in testing this new feature.

This enhancement significantly reduces friction when moving candidates between roles. Applicant data transfers seamlessly and securely, eliminating the need for re-entry, duplication, or risk of data loss. Recruiters save valuable time by avoiding manual downloads and uploads, while ensuring data remains consistent and properly governed within SmartRecruiters.

Ultimately, this investment is focused on increasing speed and accuracy, while safeguarding data integrity as hiring needs evolve.
