April Product Release!
April is shaping up to be another busy month for Product.
For me, two items of interest.
Firstly, Bulk Auto Self-Schedule. This powerful enhancement will help streamline scheduling by allowing recruiters to automatically schedule interviews for multiple candidates in one action.
Secondly, Winston is here! Winston Chat will be available to a limited selection of customers. This candidate-facing paid add-on enhances the candidate experience through conversational interactions directly within SmartRecruiters and other channels. Winston Chat is an advanced hiring agent that boosts candidate engagement, reduces admin work, and accelerates hiring by leveraging generative AI to guide candidates through the hiring process in a conversational manner. From job discovery to interview scheduling, Winston Chat removes friction and makes hiring effortless.
