For some of our customers, data shows that applicants (who hopefully become employees) who have to travel too far for a shift will experience higher-than-normal absenteeism and eventually leave. This new Proximity enhancement will allow users at the point of application to filter candidates based on their distance from the job location, reducing manual effort in reviewing resumes. This is currently in the Sandbox and will go to Production on 15th April. We would love to hear your thoughts.
